Once you feel this program or mentor is right fit for you, you can ask your mentor and they will share an email draft to help you with the initial message that you can send to your case worker at the agentur für arbeit.

  1. Start of the mentorship

The mentorship program is split in 2 parts. One is the mentorship which is typically 1 hour per week with a main mentor + weekly support sessions of 1-2 hours so you can work on your backlog items, do job applications together or work on a learning goal / homework given by the mentor. These support sessions are facilitated by Yashvir. The duration is 3 months for the full program. depending on how many hours of mentorship is approved by your case worker, we prepare a customise program to match your schedule and needs
