This year, my guiding theme was "To Give Back." Initially, I wasn't sure how to go about it, but as life unfolded, I found myself presented with incredible opportunities to make a difference in ways I never expected. Standing on the shoulders of giants, I often questioned whether I was ready to start giving back and mentoring others. I've realized that there's never a perfect time to start, and since then I've gradually begun this journey.

I'm passionate about the topic of navigating changes and transitions in careers. I look forward to sharing insights and experiences that might help others on their professional paths.
