The costs of participation in this training measure can be fully or partially covered under §§ 81 and 82 SGB III/II, depending on the company's size and the participant's eligibility.
Funding may include training and provider costs, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as for employees over 45 years of age or with severe disabilities.
When a company or collective agreement on continuing education exists, an additional 5 percent subsidy may be granted.
Wage replacement benefits are not included in the funding scope.
